Qualifications:
Level 1 Sea Kayak Guide certification
Standard First Aid
Bronze Medallion/Cross
Knowledge of local marine mammals
Duties:
Leading guided kayak tours in Ladysmith Harbour
Storefront coverage, light office duties
Basic kayaking and paddleboard instructor for rentals
Welcoming guests, supervising required paperwork
Must be able to up to lift 50 pounds
Open and close shop
Enthusiast team player
Leadership
$18-22/hour + gratuities
Beachfront Attendant
Qualifications:
Standard First Aid
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Duties:
Transporting, washing boats and gear
Fitting clients in boats and PFD’s
Completing paperwork and assisting clients
Teaching basic kayaking and paddleboarding skills for rentals
Light office duties as required
Friendly, team player
16 years and older
